2 tablespoons grenadine syrup

1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice

Sweet Temptation

¾ cup milk

½ cup (125ml) vanilla ice cream

2 peaches (fresh or canned), cut into large pieces

¼ teaspoon almond extract

Morning Quickie

1.5 cups milk

1 sliced banana

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon honey

Blazing Rose

1 cup milk

½ cup fresh or frozen sugar-free raspberries

¼ cup vanilla ice cream

1 fresh or canned peach, peeled and cut into large pieces

Royal Breakfast

1 cup milk

1 ripe banana, sliced

3 tablespoons concentrated orange juice

Pear With Me

1 cup milk

½ cup vanilla ice cream

2 fresh or canned pears, peeled and cut into large pieces

1 tablespoon mint syrup

The Pink Panther

1 cup milk

½ cup strawberry yogurt

¾ cup fresh or frozen sugar-free strawberries

Sun in Your Glass (about 10 portions)

3.5 cups (875ml) milk

1 peeled mango cut into large pieces

1 peeled papaya cut into large pieces

1 cup fresh or canned pineapple, drained and cut into large pieces

1 cup of orange juice

The Iced Coffee

1.5 cups milk

½ cup vanilla ice cream

2 teaspoons instant coffee

1 tablespoon Quik

The Refresher

1 cup milk

½ cup cantaloupe cut into large pieces

¼ cup strawberry sorbet

¼ cup fresh or frozen sugar-free strawberries

The Surprise

1 cup milk

1/3 cup vanilla ice cream

1 tablespoon Quik

1 fresh or canned pear cut into large pieces
