I’m pregnant and tired. Can I drink natural energy drinks?

9-10 weeks pregnant, Health advice

Marie, I’m 24 weeks pregnant, and I am always drained. Before my pregnancy, I sometimes drank natural energy drinks to help me during the day, and it helped. I am hesitant now that I’m pregnant. What do you think? Is it safe for my baby?

Thanks!
Marie-Soleil

Marie-Soleil, daily life combined with pregnancy requires a lot of energy! Concerning natural energy drinks, you can’t drink just anything. You need to get advice from an expert, especially during pregnancy. Why take risks?

Please read my article Natural Products, Pregnancy and Baby that I wrote with an expert for more information.
