Many parents worry when they see pimples on their baby’s face. There are many kinds of outbreaks. One-month-old babies have heat pimples/rash caused by wearing too much clothing. Parents and grandparents often are worried that the baby will be cold and cover them up too much. This raises their temperature. Since the baby’s heat is released through their head, pimples pop out.
