Can a three-month-old baby eat cereal?

Postnatal, Your questions

Hello Marie, I took your prenatal classes and loved them! I have a question. My baby will be four months old soon! He was 10.2 lb on birth and at three months he already drinks 7-8 oz.

I would like to know what kind of cereal I should start with and if any have probiotics because he is already used to them in his milk!

Thanks Marie,
Suzy

He is only three months old, so no rush. He can easily drink 8-9 oz if he needs it and he is fine after. But no solid foods for the moment. If he drinks every three hours that’s fine. He’s only three months old…
