How can I maximise the nutritional value of my baby’s purées?

Postnatal, Your questions

I want to make homemade purées for my baby, and I would like to know how to make them so that the nutritional value is high as possible. I don’t really cook a lot, but I guess it can’t be that difficult. Thanks for your answer, Mélina.

Mélina, you’re right, purées are the easiest things to make in the world! 😊 It’s simply an ingredient with a bit of water or breast milk…Some foods are a bit harder to make into a purée, but with some hints, everything can be puréed! It’s also important to know how to store your purées to ensure they keep their nutritional value then how to serve them. I wrote an educational article about this, so read Making Homemade Baby Purées.
