What kind of container should I use to store breast milk?

Postnatal, Your questions

I would like to store my breast milk and I don’t know what kind of container to use to protect it at the same time. Can you help? Thanks, Stephanie

Super Stephanie! Yes, you can store your breast milk, either in glass or rigid plastic containers (bisphenol or BPA-free). You can also use freezer bags specifically designed for this, as the plastic is thicker and helps protect the milk’s nutritional value over longer periods.
