When should I pump my milk?

Postnatal, Your questions

When do we pump our milk? I am confused! I want to make sure my baby gets enough. Can you help? Thanks, Suzanne

Suzanne, it’s not really clear at the start, but easy once you get the hang of it. First, you can pump your milk without worrying about what your baby gets. Your breast pump will never empty your breasts like your baby. In my article about manual or electric breast pumps, you will see when the right times are. Enjoy the read and continue with your breastfeeding, Suzanne. It’s a great gift you are giving to your baby.
