Can I use raspberry herbal tea to increase my milk production?

Postnatal, Your questions

Marie, I would like to increase my milk production naturally, and some of my friends told me about raspberry herbal tea. Can I use it when breastfeeding? Thanks for everything! Renée

Indeed, raspberry leaf herbal tea is a recipe used by our ancestors to among other things, help lactation after childbirth.

You can safely use raspberry herbal tea in the postnatal period. Drink 1-3 cups a day after having infused the leaves for about 30 minutes. Even if it has a somewhat bitter taste, it is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

I find it funny that when researching this plant, I found many surprising things. Please read my article if you would like to learn more about the secrets of raspberry herbal tea and its impacts on female reproductive organs.
