Can water help release my baby’s tensions?

Postnatal, Your questions

Marie, I heard that we can help our baby by placing it in water to relax and release tension. Can you tell me more? Thanks, Nadia

Hello Nadia, yes, water therapy can help soothe symptoms and discomfort, both for babies and adults. This is called hydrotherapy or Thalassotherapy, and more particularly refers to the Thalasso Baby Bath® when using water to care for a baby. It is not a commonly known therapy, but Thalasso Baby Bath® therapy seems to be increasingly popular, which is excellent! To learn more, please read Thalasso Baby Bath®, which is very interesting!
