Do you have suggestions to avoid being induced?

37-38 weeks pregnant, Health advice, Questions/answers

Marie, my doctor wants to induce me next week to start my labour, but I would prefer that it occur naturally. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thanks in advance!

Claudy

Claudy, I agree with you! In the best circumstances, your labour should start on its own to avoid turning to synthetic hormones. However, if natural methods don’t work for you, you have to keep an open mind. To describe different options available to start your labour naturally, please read Induction.
