Question from a mother: Hello Marie! I have a question. I am 32 weeks pregnant, and tonight the baby was moving around very low in my stomach, even near my pubic area. Is this normal? It’s really low!

Answer: At 32 weeks pregnant, mothers will often feel pressure on the pubic symphysis due to the baby’s weight. It’s now too heavy to be carried solely in your pelvis. It’s also normal that you feel the baby move more. It’s bigger, and there’s less amniotic fluid surrounding it to absorb movements. That’s why you feel it more.
