I just learned that I’m pregnant and my friend Joane said I should take pregnancy multivitamins, but I don’t know what to choose. Can you help? Lysanne


Hello Lysanne! Your friend is right! Multivitamins are strongly recommended during pregnancy, and even before you become pregnant. They can help prevent certain unfortunate situations.
