How can I experience a good pregnancy and childbirth?

Marie, I don’t know why, but women I know have told me their stories about childbirth, and they all seemed to have many problems. Is it possible to experience birth without many issues?

Dear Melanie,

You can never know ahead of time how your pregnancy story will end. Childbirth is like a box of chocolates!

 

However, we have the choice of trusting ourselves and life or choosing to be scared. Which one do you want to choose? Only you know.
